Ada Chan is a seasoned commercial real estate investment executive with more than 20 years of industry experience. She was most recently a Senior Vice President at Cain International supporting capital markets and fundraising efforts across the firm’s US equity platforms, including the delivery of One Beverly Hills.
Prior to Cain, Ada was a Senior Vice President at Bank of America’s Commercial Real Estate Banking group having transacted and closed on more than $3 billion in gross loan commitments. She also held roles at OneWest Bank, iStar, and Weintraub Real Estate Group. As an engineer, Ada started her career working for notable contractors Hathaway Dinwiddie and Swinerton Builders.
Ada is an active member of Urban Land Institute, where she is currently leading as the NEXT Americas Governance Chair, Urban Development Mixed Use Council (Silver) Membership Co-Chair, ULI-LA Advisory Board Member, and ULI-LA Capital Markets Initiative Council Chair Emeritus. Ada is also a member of the City of Hope LA Real Estate Council.
Ada holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering Building Science, a M.S. degree in Civil-Structural Engineering and an M.B.A. all from the University of Southern California. She is also a Registered Professional Civil Engineer in California.
