Noble Carpenter is a transformational C-suite leader and board member with a distinguished career spanning over three decades in real estate investment and capital markets. His experience encompasses real estate investment, capital formation, asset and portfolio management, and leading major growth initiatives across global platforms. He held key executive roles, including President of Capital Markets & Investor Services Americas at Cushman & Wakefield where he successfully integrated and restructured large operational platforms. Previously, he served as a founder and leader of loan sale and debt restructuring groups at JLL during the Global Financial Crisis and co-managed a $3B US real estate portfolio at LaSalle Investment Management. His extensive tenure includes driving strategic reorganization and platform creation across multiple firms, demonstrating broad market knowledge and deep relationships with family offices, international, and institutional capital, complemented by significant board experience in governance and finance. He earned his M.M. in Finance and Management Policy from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a B.A. from Colby College. He is active with ULI, currently serving as Vice-Chair UDMUC-Silver Council, is an active real estate investor, is married, and has four children.
