Co-Founder & CEO
Gordon is an industry veteran, spending most of his career at Fortress Investment Group and BlackRock, where he executed over $10B in transactions. Before Co-Founding Biproxi, Gordon built and led the CRE division at Ten-X and oversaw product development, marketing, operations, and sales. Ten-X was sold to THL Partners in 2017 in one of the more significant proptech exits. Prior to Ten-X, while with Fortress, Gordon served on the board of companies with significant real estate operations, such as CW Financial Services (Real Marketplace), Intrawest in the US, and Mapeley and Annington Homes in the United Kingdom.
Co-Founder & COO
With 12+ years of SaaS experience, Ember brings a fresh perspective on CRE to the Biproxi leadership team. Ember is a veteran software marketer and operations leader, previously serving as the Chief Operating Officer for OfficeSpace.com (acquired by The Instant Group in 2024), Head of Marketing & Business Development for learning management software Wisetail (acquired by Intertek (ITRK.L) in 2018) and Director of Demand Generation for advertising intelligence platform, LumenAd.
Head of Product
Kyle has spent 15 years at the intersection of commercial real estate and technology. Kyle started his career as an investment sales broker with Newmark Knight Frank in San Francisco, before leading product and sales for high-growth startups including ClassPass, Comfy, Ten-X and Lyft. At Ten-X, he led product strategy and product marketing for the CRE division, prior to the company’s acquisition by CoStar. Kyle holds a degree in management science and engineering from Stanford University.
Vice Chairman
Mark has spent his real estate career with Fortress Investment Group, Lehman Brothers, and Lonestar Funds. Mark is currently the founder of Harrison Equity Partners, a credit and private equity investment firm based in Toronto.
Mark is also the founder and CEO of Fionic Canada Ltd, a B2B2C consumer lender that uses machine learning and advanced computer engineering to fund consumer loans originated by third-party lenders. Mark holds a B.A. degree from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from Dalhousie University. and has over 30 years of experience as a principal investor and lender across various businesses and assets spanning North America, Europe, and Asia.
Senior Advisor
Marty leads Lowe’s office property acquisition activities and oversees the company’s hospitality-inspired property management service. He is responsible for Lowe’s ongoing office acquisition activities, targeting properties that can be repositioned through operational and/or physical improvements. He also oversees the company’s office property operations. Lowe’s expertise and spirit of hospitality are the foundation of the program, where the combination of operating rigor and hospitality-inspired experience creates superior office environments where people want to come and stay. He is a member of Lowe’s Executive Committee.
Caverly has more than 25 years of significant U.S. and international real estate investment and management experience. Most recently he was chief investment officer of Resource Real Estate and president of Resource Real Estate Innovation Office REIT.Previously Caverly served as CEO of EVOQ Properties, principal at O’Connor CapitalPartners and held senior positions with Security Capital Group in Chicago and Tishman Speyer in London. He cofounded Centric Telecom, and was the founder and managing partner of 2120 Partners, a real estate consulting, advisory and investing firm. He is the past chair of LACRA, an active member of the Urban Land Institute and co-Chairman of the 2023 Fall Meeting Host Committee.

Senior Advisor
Ada Chan is a Senior Vice President at Cain International, a real estate investment firm with over $16 billion in assets under management and offices in London, New York, Miami, and Beverly Hills. As a seasoned real estate professional with more than 20 years’ industry experience, Ada is responsible for the capitalization of the One Beverly Hills development, a 17.5-acre mixed-use urban resort which represents the unification of several properties including the iconic Beverly Hilton and Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills. With wellbeing and sustainability at the forefront of its masterplan, One Beverly Hills will be home to over eight acres of botanical gardens featuring over two miles of walking paths. The site is currently one of the largest and most environmentally advanced private real estate development projects underway in the U.S., designed to exceed California’s own ambitious sustainability goals. Ada concurrently serves as a Senior Advisor for Biproxi, a new commercial real estate online sales platform for institutional debt and equity transactions.
Prior to Cain International, Ada was a Senior Vice President at Bank of America’s Commercial Real Estate Banking group (BofA) based in their Los Angeles office. In her over 9 years at BofA, Ada transacted and closed in excess of $3 billion in gross loan commitments as well as delivered banking solutions to some of the most reputable managers and operators. Ada specialized in restructuring and recovering distressed assets, having managed and transacted over $500 million in loan workouts and dispositions while working for OneWest Bank (from 2010 to 2013) and for iStar (from 2006 to 2008). From 2008 to 2010, Ada worked for Weintraub Real Estate Group, a Malibu-based developer, where she was Project Manager responsible for investment underwriting, operations, and asset management of a diverse Southern California real estate portfolio.
Ada started her career in engineering, working for notable general contractors Hathaway Dinwiddie and Swinerton Builders. She contributed to major Southern California construction projects that redefined their respective communities, including Constellation Place, USC Neuroscience Center, and Cedars Sinai North Care Tower.
Ada holds a BS in Civil Engineering Building Science, a MS in Civil-Structural Engineering, and an MBA all from the University of Southern California (USC) and is a Registered Professional Civil Engineer in California. Ada is an active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) at the Americas and District Council levels, currently leading as the NEXT Americas Co-Chair, Urban Development Mixed Use Council (Silver)Vice Chair, ULI-Los Angeles Advisory Board Member, and ULI-Los Angeles Capital Markets Initiative Council Co-Chair. Ada is also on the City of Hope Los Angeles Real Estate Council Executive Committee and is the Past-President (2015/2016 term) of their emerging leader group, Building Hope. She continues her involvement at her alma mater USC, volunteering at various mentorship events for both the Marshall School of Business and Viterbi School of Engineering, as well as serves on the Jonathan Club Finance Committee. Ada enjoys playing classical piano in her spare time and in 2019, obtained the Associate Diploma in Piano Performance from the Royal Conservatory of Music, Toronto.
